"I called GJB in a sheer panic when my electric went off mid Sunday Dinner when I had all the family visiting! Within 3 rings the phone was answered, and I had someone assisting me. In the end, a call out wasn't required as they managed to talk me through the issue and I done it myself. I did offer to pay for their time as I was on the phone for a good hour but they wouldn't take a penny. Very genuine, honest, friendly team. Most places would have charged me for a call out fee at least, Thank you GJB"
